June 19th
I woke up early to go to London. I ended up taking the train in instead of the bus at Haymarket. I didn't mean to take the train, but it arrived before the bus. It was a nice ride though with some great views. Scotland is just so beautiful. I want to so, so badly go back, already.
After getting to the airport, I bought some whiskey and some of that Plum Vanilla gin. I will be sharing both with friends. I had an easy flight, where I honestly don't remember much of, so I probably slept. After getting back to the airport, I took the train and a bus back to the London air BnB.
At that point, it was about 12:30 or so. I decided to not doing anything else before the Coheed show, besides visit Camden town. I was pretty tired. I walked to Camden town from the Kings Cross station and at this Tapas bar. I had a drink containing Cachaça and it was very tasty. My waitress was from Argentina and we chatted a bit. She was traveling Europe and working at places few months at a time. She commented on how unusually warm it was. I also saw an interesting Totoro mural on the side of one of the buildings.
I sat outside Koko for quite a bit before the doors open. It was too hot to walk to the market about a mile away. I still felt I got a feel for Camden town though. In line, some Germans were talking about this girl's shirt that had a Clefairy on it. The girl was asking if it was PIkachu and made the Pikachu voice. It was pretty funny.
At the actual show, Dinosaur something or other played before Coheed and they were alright. Coheed played a fantastic show. I am so glad I did that. It was good to make Coheed mine again. They played all of their 3rd album, Good Apollo, I'm burning Star IV and 3 encore songs. I bought a tour shirt to commemorate the event.
I then took a train in to Brixton station, which had some kind of chaos going on, but the police took care of it. I made it to the AirBnB safely. The next day, I had to get up early to go to Cambridge.
